3.1 Each individual may operate only one (1) registered account on 2jbt. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 2jbt accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 You must notify 2jbt immediately via the live chat or ticket system if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.4 2jbt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its absolute discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation during registration.
4.1 All deposits to your 2jbt account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.
4.2 2jbt does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid CNIC. 2jbt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
4.4 2jbt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
4.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 2jbt account. These limits are subject to change at 2jbt's discretion with reasonable prior notice.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 2jbt are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 2jbt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to abuse the offer.
5.4 Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
6.1 Each game and betting market on 2jbt is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. You are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 2jbt system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the affected bet will be void and your stake will be returned.
6.3 2jbt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result was already known at the time of placement, or where the odds were clearly displayed in error.
6.4 For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and international markets, 2jbt reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, and void bets in circumstances including match abandonment, venue changes, weather interruptions, or the discovery of integrity issues.
7.1 2jbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and may request temporary cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion through their account settings.
7.2 If you believe that your gaming has become problematic or you are no longer gaming for entertainment purposes, you should immediately use the self-exclusion facility available in your 2jbt account or contact our support team.
7.3 2jbt strictly prohibits access to the platform by persons under 18 years of age. Where we have reason to believe that a player may be underage, we will suspend the account and request verification of age before any further access is granted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2jbt and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.3 The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 2jbt is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering with 2jbt, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1 2jbt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
12.1 These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 2jbt is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the 2jbt support team.
12.2 Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing 2jbt's services is lawful in their jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere. 2jbt does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a player's failure to comply with their local laws.
12.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on 2jbt, constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform.
